Get Real 24 is the Fort Smith Children’s Emergency Shelter’s Independent Living Program for foster youth, turning ages 18 and older, who have “aged out” of foster care.

Transition to self-sufficiency plan with post-secondary education and vocational resources

Get Real 24 will equip foster youth, ages 18 and older, with life skills needed to become self-sufficient, contributing citizens by providing the resources and relationships to assist their successful transition into adulthood.
